US domestic shipping is free on the 3-bottle and 6-bottle packages. The 2-bottle package carries a shipping charge added at checkout. International availability has not been confirmed in the published materials — buyers outside the United States should confirm by email before ordering.
Costs by package
- 2 bottles ($138.00) — shipping charged separately at checkout.
- 3 bottles ($177.00) — free shipping within the United States.
- 6 bottles ($294.00) — free shipping within the United States, with bonus digital guides delivered by email rather than post.
International orders
International shipping is not confirmed either way in the seller's published materials. If you are ordering from outside the United States, contact customer service at support@theklaronail.com and get availability, cost and estimated delivery confirmed in writing before placing the order. Customs duties and import taxes, where applicable, are the buyer's responsibility. Note that liquid products in glass bottles occasionally face carrier restrictions on certain routes.
Processing and tracking
Orders are fulfilled by the seller. Tracking details are issued to the email address used at checkout. If tracking has not arrived within a few business days, contact customer service directly — this site cannot look up or amend orders.
Delivery problems
For a parcel that arrives damaged, incomplete or not at all, contact customer service with your order number. Glass bottles can break in transit: photograph the packaging and the damage before disposing of anything. The 60-day refund window runs from your purchase date, so raise delivery problems promptly — a delayed delivery does not extend the guarantee.
Storage on arrival
Store bottles upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the cap firmly closed. The amber glass exists because light degrades botanical oils, so keeping bottles boxed until use is sensible. Avoid bathroom windowsills and car glove compartments. This matters most on a six-bottle order, where the final bottles will be opened five months after delivery.
